Eli earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in manufacturing from the University of Mississippi. In his career, he has interned as a project engineer for Turner Construction Company, acquired an engineering apprenticeship for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and served as a transformation and operational excellence intern at Victaulic.
